Grow and Improve

Learn self-analysis, focus on their personal development and gain valuable experiences that will continue to support their lifelong self-improvement beyond the school environment. To achieve this:

Self-reflection should be integrated throughout every stage of the learning process, enabling students to reflect on and manage their own abilities, interests, emotions, and physical well-being.
Healthy ways of giving and receiving feedback should be established in the classroom and across the school.
Students should become active leaders of their own learning process, setting both academic and personal development goals, while participating fully and meaningfully in the assessment process.

Understand the world

Understand that the world is complex, ask questions about it and use cognitive models that will help them analyze different systems in the future. To achieve this:

We aim to guide the learning process through the principles of deeper learning, where students think critically to explore topics in depth, analyze and discuss them and form new questions.
Students should experience the diversity of the world both inside the school and outside the classroom environment.

Students should be able to use research skills to find answers to the questions that arise.
There should always be space preserved for curiosity, wonder, and excitement.

Take action

By connecting their own identity with the reality around them, students will be able to perceive their role in the world, take initiatives, set goals and make them a reality. To achieve this, they need to:

Understand their own role and importance in the classroom, the school and the world, recognizing their full potential within this context;
Openly express initiatives and have the opportunity and support from the school to make them a reality;
Be able to identify and study problems in the environment and recognize their personal role in solving them.
Set clear goals, plan work processes, implement solutions and reflect on the outcomes to solve problems or create valuable products.

Collaboration

Cooperate with the people around them to achieve common goals.
To achieve this:

Throughout the learning process, students practice clear, open and purposeful communication, active listening and asking thoughtful questions to better understand the perspectives of others.
Students learn to recognize and appreciate the uniqueness, strengths, and differences of other people and their ideas.
Students learn to give and receive feedback in the correct and most constructive manner.
Students develop the ability to negotiate, consider shared interests and reach agreements that benefit all parties involved.

Feel fulfilled

Feel fulfilled through their school experiences, finding enjoyment, comfort and a sense of self-realization within the school environment. To achieve this, they need to:

Recognize how important it is to their surrounding community.
Have choices and always be an active part of the decision-making process.
